Riverside After School & Transition Club
A specialized after-school and transition program supporting youth and young adults with developmental disabilities and complex needs. The program combines recreation, friendship, caregiver respite, community participation and practical preparation for life after school.

As a Registered Practical Nurse and caregiver, I understand how important it is for families to feel confident in the care their loved one receives.
I created Riverside Respite because I believe families deserve more options for individualized, professional support, and individuals deserve programs that recognize their abilities, personalities and potential.
